Group Training
Our group training sessions are designed to be inclusive, energising, and effective. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced trainer you’ll find a class that suits your pace. Led by our experienced female coaches, every session is carefully planned to increase your strength, boost your fitness, hit your goals all while keeping things fun and social. Training in a group of like-minded women helps build motivation and consistency - and it’s a great way to make new friends, too. Check out our memberships for a package that suits you.
Group Training
Experience all the benefits of personal training in a small group setting.
With a maximum of 8 people per session, you’ll get a more focused and supportive environment. Each session follows a carefully planned programme designed to improve your strength, fitness, and overall performance.
You’ll train with a partner using structured reps and sets, keeping you motivated and accountable.
This is an effective, purse friendly alternative to 1-on-1 personal training, delivering results without breaking the bank.
Personal Training
If you’re looking for a more personalised approach, our one-to-one and two-to-one personal training sessions are built entirely around your needs. You’ll work closely with one of our coaches to set realistic goals and develop a programme that fits your lifestyle. Whether you're working on strength, mobility, fat loss, or general fitness, your coach will be there to support and challenge you - always in a way that feels right for your body and ability.
Spin Classes
Get your heart pumping and energy levels soaring with our high-energy spin classes. Designed for all fitness levels, our sessions combine powerful playlists, motivating instructors, and varied resistance levels to deliver a full-body cardio workout that’s as fun as it is effective.
Spin is a brilliant way to challenge yourself in a supportive, women-only environment. No experience needed - just bring your water bottle and a willingness to sweat! All classes can be found on our schedule.
Nutrition Workshops
Nutrition can feel overwhelming, especially with so much conflicting information out there. That’s why our approach is grounded in simplicity, education, and support. We don’t believe in crash diets or rigid rules - we help you understand what works for you.
